Did you find a solution for this? 5 hours in and no solutions so far, my site is down.

Hace unos dias teniamos necesidad de instalar un webpart y a
intentarlo, MOSS devolvio el error "An item with the same key ha
already been added". luego intentamos eliminar la base de contenido d
un sitio y volvio a aparecer el mismo error

Cualquier ayuda la agradeceremos
