Camiar IP del Servidor SBS2000

To change the internal IP of your SBS2k:

1. Change the IP in the nic properties
2. Open DHCP, create a new scope that includes the new range and disable
the existing scope
3. Open DNS and change it to listen on the new internal IP
4. If you have made the registry edits listed in MSKB 292822 (which you
should have if you have VPN clients), update the edits to reflect your new
internal IP
5. Run ipconfig /flushdns on the server
6. Run ipconfig /registerdns on the server
7. Run ICW
8. If assigning from a static pool of IP addresses for VPN, update your
RRAS static IP pool.
9. If using WINS, it may also need to be reconfigured.
10. Reboot to make sure all is OK.
