como puedo desactivar las "shares" en mi pc?

Hola..me he pasado el baseline security analyzer, y me dice que hay estas
3 "shares" en mi pc, y que deberia desactivarlas a menos que sea necesario o
al menos asegurarlas para limitar el acceso a usuarios especificos

lo que no se es como hacerlo, las instrucciones que da son abrir el panel de
control, herramientas administrativas y "computer management" y a partir de
aqui no sé seguir, ni lo que debo hacer, y de hacerlo, tendria yo
restringidas algunas funciones?

Check Description
This check determines whether there are any shared folders on the computer
that is being scanned. The scan report will list all shares found on the
computer, including Administrative shares, along with their share-level and
NTFS-level permissions.

You should turn off shares, unless needed, or you should secure them by
limiting access to specific users.
