2) Instala Rutime actualizado de XML dese Msdn
Problem Description
When attempting to access Windows Update on certain localized versions of Windows, one of
several methods could fail in the XML parser, causing the site to fail to load with error
number 0x80040FF2.

Resolutions:
To resolve this issue, upgrade to the latest version of Internet Explorer. Alternatively,
you can upgrade your XML parser to the most recent version (currently available at
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/d...eneral.asp).
