Al parecer es un error de windows update, sigue este procedimiento:

Here are the steps to follow to resolve this issue:
Step 1
Rename the SoftwareDistribution directory.
- Click Start >Run
- Type "Services.msc" (w/o quotes)
- Press OK
- Find "Automatic Update"
- Stop the service.

Step 2
Rename the "SoftwareDistribution" directory to "SDOLD". The directory is
located in
the c:\Windows ( or C:\WINNT ) directory

Step 3
Restart the Automatic Update service
- Click Start >Run
- Type "Services.msc" (w/o quotes)
- Press OK
- Find "Automatic Update"
- Start the service.

Step 4
Clearing the browser's cache
- Click Tools > Internet Options
- In the "Temporary Internet Files" section, click "Delete Cookies"
- Click "Delete Files" click "Delete all offline content" click OK
- In the "History" section, click "Clear History".
- Click "OK".
