Con ese nombre no es del ME, y para empezar:
Intenta buscarla con el busca y en propiedades a ver si se puede averiguar
a que programa pertenece. Y luego:
Pasa un antivirus actualizado

or Trend Micro's Housecall (http://housecall.antivirus.com).
Pasa un antispyware actualizado.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
