Error DNS - Exchange

Ayuda Hacer una pregunta
DNS RFC 822 Exchange DELAY

Puede ser que al estar mal el dns en nic.ar los mails no se envian a
algunos destinatarios como hotmail, yahoo, etc.
Y quedan en la cola del exchange ?

Me devuelve RFC 822

Error: ( xxx para ocultar el mail verdadero )

Reporting-MTA: dns;xxxx.com.ar

Final-Recipient: rfc822;xxx@xxxx.com.ar

Status: 4.4.7

Tenes algun POP3 collector de 3os instalado?
SI es asi, probaste de removerlo?
