Extraño aviso

Podrias decirnos que programa es ese ?

me sale el siguiente aviso:

Le doy a aceptar, entonces se reinicia, vuelvo a
intentarf ejecutar el archivo "Setup.exe" y me vuelve a
salir el mismo mensaje.
¿Qué puedo hacer?
Mi Sistema Operativo es Windows XP y esta totalmente
actualizado, por eso no entiendo este aviso.
