Hi there need help with vista

Ayuda Hacer una pregunta
ha a new HP pavillionn dv6628
i comes with vista instaled, have to main problems, i have a office network,
comps running win xp pro and win vista, there is no way this new connect to
networ, seem like a upper lvl problem
the other problem is computer come with a Dvd/CD writer unit but it done
reed any cd i put in, always asking me to put a virgin dvd on it to burn,
what if i just wana read a cd????
unistaled and reintaled the unit and nothing

Escribes desde Caracas, Venezuela, me imagino que tambien lees y escribes en
español, con respecto al DVD/CD en dias anteriores una persona comento lo
mismo y resulto ser la version de Nero que tenia instalada, desisntalo y se
resolvio, checa si te funciona ...
