How can I clone a Visual Studio project?

If got a solution named "A" with a project named "A", this project is a
Web Aplication ASP.NET. I want to replicate them in order to have a
solution names "B" with a project named "B" in order to start making
changes in "B" without affecting "A". How can I do that?

I've got Visual Studio Environment 2002 Version 7.09.500

You can use the option "Copy Project" in the "Project Menu" in Visual
Studio.Net
