Migración NT a 2000 Server

Hola.

En el trabajo debemos hacer una migración de la red de NT a 2000 Server.
¿Como lo haríais vosotros?
El equipo que está con NT se formaterá y será una estación mas, y se
instalará un servidor Dell nuevo con el 2000 Server y el SBS 2000.

Ok socio, si no entiendo mal váis a hacer una migración de NT a 2000, y se
ha comprado un equipo nuevo donde se instalará W2K y se pondrá el AD.

En esos casos, lo bueno es que lamigración será paulatina y poco a poco, y
en caso de fallo sigues manteniendo tu actual infraestructura NT que ya está
funcionando, por lo que la marcha atrás en caso de fallo está asegurada.

Montas el W2K y configuras el dominio (recuerda que los nombres de dominio
del NT y 2000 deben ser distintos).

Después configuras las relaciones de confianza entre ambos dominios:

Con ésto puedes traerte las cuentas de dominio del NT al dominio de 2000 con
el ADMT, por ejemplo:

Ahora viene otra parte:

Después, te recomiendo quites los hubs y pongas switches, mejorarás las
comunicaciones y el ancho de banda.

A parte, hay que planear bien la migración o coexistencia del servidor de
correo (qué plataforma es, Exchange5.5, 2000, Domino, etc...) y la del
servidor de internet, cómo están éstos montados???
