Power Users adding Printers

I work in a huge corporate environment and we have recently made all of
our users local power users of their machines. This is working out great
for us except for our traveling users who go to different locations and
try to install a printer that does not already have drivers present in
windows. They receive the message that they must be part of the
administrative group to do so. Does any one have any suggestions for
getting around this as we would like to avoid making all these users
admins. of their machines. Also if you know of any other places I could
look into this topic that would be great.

Thanks for any help.
