PROBLEM WITH STAR MENU

Ayuda Hacer una pregunta
Hello:
My name is pablo and i have a problem. When my computer
starts all my configuration dissapear. My display
configuration changes, it goes from 1400 x 1050 pixels to
800 x 600 pixels, also my start menu dissapear, when i
click the windows key it wont open, i cant use it at all.
If you know something plz let me know.
