problemas con onecare

Ayuda Hacer una pregunta
me aparece el siguiente mensaje:
"se ha producido un error inesperado en Windows live onecare examen de
seguridad. consulta el numero de error 0x04100407".
utilizo un portatil con intel celeron a 1.8GHz RAM 1gb windows vista Starter
al principio me pedia la instalacion del control activX del explorer, lo
hice reintente y nada

Felipe este error te aparece cuando? cuando tratas de hacer un scaneo? o cuando quieres actualizarlo?

Tienes algun firewall extra instalado?
