Me aparece el siguiente suceso:

Esto provoca que el no se pueda ver ninguna página hasta
que vuelva a subir todo el sitio
Tengo Windows 2000 server y IIS 5.0

Puede ser que tengas publicados dos sitios por el mismo puerto, si es así
cambia uno de ellos y reinicia el servicio IIS.
