Problemas DCPROMO

Buenos dias,

Tengo un problema con una migración y necesitaba un poco de
orientación. Muchas gracias por anticipado.

Durante el proceso de migración, estamos poniendo un server para usar
como puente, el problema viene a la hora de hacer el dcpromo del mismo
para convertirlo en DC secundario. Aparece el siguiente error:

Error en la operación debido a:

El asistente para instalación de AD no puede continuar debido a que el
bosque no esta prepatrado para instalar windows server 2003. Utilice
la herramienta adeprep para prepar el bosque y el dominio.

La versión del esquema de AD del bosque de recurso no es compatible
con la version de Active Directory en este equipo.

El DC principal es un windows server 2003 SP1 y el que estamos
metiendo ahora en un windows 2003 server R2.

Se ha realizado el adeprep y me aparece que el dominio y bosque ya
estaban preparados, pero intentar hacer el dcpromo da el error. Se ha
reiniciado el DC sin resultado.

Además me mosquean dos cosas que he visto que no se si pudieran ser
causantes del problema.

1- el DC no aparece en la ou de "Domain Controlers" si no que esta en
computers. Este podría haver sido movida, pero influiria en algo?
2- el dhcp aunque funciona, veo que al marcar con botón derecho tiene
la opción de autorizar habilitada. Compruebo la lista de servers
autorizados y aparece el DC correctamente pero con una IP que
corresponde a un pc. Ha sido añadido un PTR con la IP correcta del
server, y da ips correctamente, pero me mosquea =mente.

Alguna idea?
