Lo que has creado es un función personalizada. ¿Dönde están las funciones de
Excel? En menú Insertar > Función > en Categoría selecciona "Definidas por
el Usuario", ahí verás tu función "ConvierteNumLetra"

quizás algo hice mal,
ya que aunque al abrir el libro habilito la macro, esta no me aparece en la
lista "definidas por el usuario"
