DC no responde

Hola,
Tengo el siguiente problema: tengo dos servidores Windows 2003:
SERVIDOR y PERCEVAL. SERVIDOR es el maestro de operaciones, controlador
principal de dominio y tiene el Global Catalog. SERVIDOR además
almacena los datos de las sesiones de los usuarios ya que utilizamos
perfiles móviles en la red. Llevaba todo funcionando bien por al menos 2
años, pero ayer SERVIDOR dejó de responder. Puedo conectarme a él por
Escritorio Remoto, responde a los ping desde el otro servidor y desde
los clientes de la red, pero no responde a ninguna solicitud de ningún
tipo. No puedo entrar a las carpetas compartidas (que contienen los
perfiles móviles) ni a ninguna cosa. Cuando utilizo replmon me da
error. Los usuarios pueden autenticar gracias a que PERCEVAL está
operativo.

Intenté reconstruir la relación de confianza, pero no sirvió. Además el
servidor mantiene pausado el servicio "Inicio de sesión de red". El
motivo de la falla en la replicación es "El servidor de destino está
actualmente rechazando las peticiones de réplica"
