desde el CD de XP.

Lo sé... pero el dice, explicitamente, que el error le aparece durante
la ejecución de "dmdiag" de las "support tools"... o sea que ya lo tiene
isntalado. ;-)

Hola de nuevo: efectivamente las tengo instaladas. Aquí
os pego la información que me habéis pedido. Las
particiones las hice desde el disco nuevo con la

¿tienes alguna unidad de medios removibles sin disco?... ¿un ZIP, un lector
de tarjetas de memoria, etc...? Si está sin disco se envia ese mensaje.
Igualmente si tienes un controlador RAID se suele volver loco ese
comando y es incapaz de darte correctamente la informacion.
