DotNet 2003 Problem

Hi friend..

Currently i meet many problem in Micorsoft vb dot net 2003..

1--My program can not running in window 2000.Database Error
Message Showing. <if i am install in User Window . ,XP...EveryisOk>
,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,( i am already
install dotnet frame work 1.1.)

2Vb dot net default Crystal Report are not working ...when i am
install my Create Program... example in window xp ( i means i am
install USER Computer...)

3...Currently I am using Window XP Service Part One..I want to
Upgrade Dot net 2003 to Dot net 2005. But I can not Upgrade Dot Net
2005.
