Enlace desde html a asp

¿se puede poner un enlace desde una página html a una página asp?

por ejemplo:

<p><a href="prueba.asp">pincha aquí</a> </p>

Cuando pincho en el enlace me da el mensaje: "No está autorizado a ver
esta página"
