error 2771

Esta consulta no tiene nada que ver con Internet Explorer, al menos de momento. Mejor que hagas la consulta en el grupo adecuado: Windows XP

De todas formas, es importante que nos des toda la información posible sobre ese error: el mensaje completo. Desde el menú Inicio > ejecutar, escribe este comando y pulsa Aceptar:

%windir%\svcpack.log

y cópianos las últimas 50 líneas del archivo.
