Por favor no se que es ni como se quita y no puedo hacer las actualizaciones,
y ademas cre que me ha bloqueado algo por que no me deja la conexion con
Messenger, gracias por tu ayuda

Localiza en tu disco duro un archivo llamado "windowsupdate.log", ábrelo con
el bloc de notas, copia las líneas correspondientes a la fecha del error y
pégalas aquí.

Varias preguntas: ¿usas IE como navegador? ¿Tienes alguna barra de navegador instalada, como la de Google? Si es así, desinstálala y prueba otra vez WU.
