Hola, uso Windows 98 y Explorer 6.0. Al cargarse el menú, me aparece el
cuadrito:

PCTPTT provocó un error de página no válida en el
módulo PCTPTT.EXE de 0167:004032f0.

Supongo que ese mensaje te sale al iniciode Windows , ¿no?
Si es así, Inicio>Ejecutar y teclea "msconfig" sin comillas. Desmarca todo lo que tienes (si tienes antivirus y firewall también quedarán deshabilitados). Reinicia. ¿Te sale en error?
