Error Rras mmc

I have a Windows 2000 Server Spanish with SP4 and RRAS installed and the
client connect to him by VPN.

For one week when I enter in RRAS mmc snap-in and Remote Access Policies,
appears a messabox with the error:

Caption: "Remote Access Policies Error"

Text: error when trying to find this profile: Everyone (En español: error
al intentar encontrar este perfil: Todos)

and the defined policies are not applied to the users.

Help!
