Error en Sharepoint

Hola muchachos,
Ya pude correr la aplicacion desde mi maquina local, ya no me pone problemas
de dll ni nada parecido ahora me sale el siguiente mensaje cuando inicia la
creacion del objeto de SPSite:
"The Web application at http://w2003dev-test:37613/sites/OnLine could not be
found. Verify that you have typed the URL correctly. If the URL should be
serving existing content, the system administrator may need to add a new
request URL mapping to the intended application.", lo preocupante es que la
misma aplicacion corre perfectamente en el servidor, alguna ayuda,
colaboracion sera muy agradecida.
