Insufficient Memory when booting

24/01/2005 - 23:34 por stephane | Informe spam
Hi, I have a windows 98 computer and it's been working great for a while.
But for some reason, yesterday I got this message while booting
"Insufficient memory to initialize Windows". I did a quick search on google,
and found this article http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid4447 on the
microsoft web site. I tried adding that line to the system.ini file, but
with no result. Please help me, I don't wont to reformat this computer, I
hate it.

Thanks

PS Remove the nospam on my email if replying directly.

Hi stephane,

**/"Out of Memory" Error Messages with Large Amounts of RAM Installed
http://support.microsoft.com/defaul...US;q253912

**/Computer May Reboot Continuously with More Than 1.5 GB of RAM
http://support.microsoft.com/defaul...-US;304943
