JUAN REYES/ Ayuda por favor problemas en el login

Cuando intento hacer login aveces me sale este problema en windows xp y
tambien en windows 2003 server, podrian ayudarme:

error:::::::::::::::::::::
Windows cannot load the locally stored profile. Possible causes of this
error include insufficient security rights or a corrupt local profile. If
this problem persists, contact your network administrator.

DETAIL – The process cannot access the file because it is being used by
another process.

significa que Windows no puede cargar el perfil guardado por insuficientes
derechos de seguridad o el perfil esta corrupto. Si el problema persiste
contacte al adm.

another process. (el proceso no se puede acceder al archivo porque esta
siendo usado por otro proceso)
