1. Consider the names of newsgroups first before posting. It's always a
good idea to read a couple of messages in a group before posting there
(that would've told you that your language is fine probably for exactly
one of the groups in your list).

2. For a simple solution to your need: look up AUTOTEXTs and the
AUTOTEXTLIST field in Word's offline help. No macro needed.
