problem adding components

We are getting the following message on our Windows Server 2003 when trying
to add program or component:
Estamos teniendo este mensaje de error en nuestro servidor Windows 2003 al
tratar de añadir programa o componente.

Setup library webmupgd.dll could not be loaded, or function OcEntry could
not be found.
Contact your system adiminstrator. The specific error code is 0x7e

How can we fix this error without re-install the operating system?
Como podemos corregir el error sin re-instalar el sistema oparativo
