I installed some automatic updates that required the PC to reboot so I did.

Now I get this message:

"The system DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory. The aplicattion will not
run properly. The relocation ocurred because the DLL
C:\windows\system32\HHCTRL.OCX occupied an address range reserved for Windows
system DLLs. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL"

for me this is chinese..any help please? is this software related or
hardware?
thanks in advance

The problem is software related, check the links for more information and
run sfc /scannow for a system file verification, and insert the XP CD if
the program requires it to replace the .dll or download it from the
www.dll-files download site.
