Problemas de permisos

buenos dias grupo, como primero muchas gracias ´por dedicar el tiempo a
estas comunidades son muy provechosas.

les describo mi problema: se instalo un server win2003 standar edition,
estaba funcionando ok, despues de 12 horas de trabajo empezo a sacar errores
de permisos, y con el usuario administrador me deja realizar nada, comparto
carpetas y cuando empiezo a trabajar con ellas asi tenga todods los permisos
no me deja borrar archivo y me saca error de permisos.

lo segundo en este mismo servidor cuando quiero agregar una politica y
gravarla me saca el error siguiente

access in denied
failed to save
\\servidor\SYSVOL\DFACARDA.LOCAL\Policies\{31B2F340-016D-11D2-945F-00C04FB984F9}\MACHINE\Microsoft\Windows
NT\SecEdit. make sure that you have the rigth permission to this object

Qué se ha tocado en ese server? Qué "canta" el Visor de sucesos?

este es un error

Time Provider NtpClient: This machine is configured to use the domain
hierarchy to determine its time source, but it is the PDC emulator for the
domain at the root of the forest, so there is no machine above it in the
domain hierarchy to use as a time source. It is recommended that you either
configure a reliable time service in the root domain, or manually configure
the PDC to synchronize with an external time source. Otherwise, this machine
will function as the authoritative time source in the domain hierarchy. If
an external time source is not configured or used for this computer, you may
choose to disable the NtpClient.

este es otro error

The DHCP service failed to see a directory server for authorization.

este es otro

The Security System detected an authentication error for the server
cifs/192.168.1.3. The failure code from authentication protocol Kerberos was
"There are currently no logon servers available to service the logon request.
(0xc000005e)".

no se si eso te dice algo

Henry, tienes varios items para ver, pero particularmente el que mas me llama la atencion es el de:

The Security System detected an authentication error for the server cifs/192.168.1.3. The failure code from authentication protocol Kerberos was
"There are currently no logon servers available to service the logon request.> (0xc000005e)".

Puedes copiarme todo el evento? Han removido este DC??? si haces un net time /set te da errores de access denied???

Copia los nro de eventos y los source de cada uno.
