REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG

Al instalar mi aplicacion en el servidor me aparecia un
error que decia que necesitaba el MDAC 2.6 o Superior, lo
baje de la red y lo instale

Ahora me aparece este error ... y no se como resolverlo ..
