run-time error '-2147417848 (80010108)'

2 weeks ago I installed a DVR hardware on my pc for see 4 cameras from
Internet.
I installed the applications right and the whole video system works fine.
yesterday when I try to execute my system appears the next message "run-time
error '-2147417848 (80010108)'" and I never can to make functioning my system
again. I've tryied to find some solution but its impossible. I instaaled the
dvr device on another computer but works very fine. I think maybe some
libraries of windows are damaged but I don't know which of them. My system
it's free of virus or spyware.
Please give me a clue for how to get a solution.

Hace 2 semanas instalé en mi pc una tarjeta de captura de video para 4
camaras y verlas desde internet. Todo que do muy bien y trabajo perfecto, al
cabo de 2 semanas al querer iniciar el sistema de video me sale el siguiente
error run-time error '-2147417848 (80010108)'" y no inicia el programa.
Estuve buscando solución y no encontré nada de información al respecto.
Cambie la tarjeta a otra computadora para preubas y todo trabajo muy bien y
sin problemas. Al parecer algunas librerias de windows relacionado con
automatización estan dañados pero no se cuales. mi sistema esta libre de
virus y spyware. Quisiera pedirle me den una pista de como resolver mi
problema.

En servicios, asegurate que el RPC este activado.
