Stop the screen that makes you choose a user to logon as?

When a friend of mine boots her laptop she gets a screen where she has to
click her Icon (named OWNER) to continue booting to her XP Desktop. Is there
a way to stop this so she automatically boots to her Desktop?

Thanks

"Control Panel> User Accounts> Change the way users log on" ... with your
user name (administrator) and there was an option (Display
Welcome or something) so you do not leave the Logon window on startup

If you installed something you need. NET, you are a user installs NET
without warning and so in the boot screen you can ask the user to confirm
