Using IE 64 bits on Windows Vista 64 bits

My IE 32 bits is not working with Windows Vista 64 bits, I only can use IE
64 bits but I can not open videos in yahoo or you tube because the following
message:

"Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Adobe's
Flash Player. Get the latest Flash player. "

When I try to download the flash player, I get a message that says: " Adobe
Flash Player is ot supported for playback in a 64 bit browser.

Does someone know how to solve this issue with IE
