Encontre la siguiente informacion, perdona esta en Ingles:

1: Open the System Configuration Utility
2: Start Tab, Disable the two items that are for Hp Image Zone and disable
it
3: restart twice to ensure the error does not happen on shutdown. Once a
total
shutdown and then Once a warm restart
4: go into the registry
Start > Run > Regedit
Navigate to the following registry keys.
5: start > run > regedit > HKLM > SOFTWARE > Microsoft > shared tools >
msconfig >
startupfolder > backed up the contents of this key and then we
deleted the subkeys reflecting HP Image Zone
HKLM > SOFTWARE > Microsoft > shared tools > msconfig > startupfolder >
startupreg

backed up this key deleted the contents reflecting Hp Image Zone

6: Restart The PC
7: Make sure you can print from all Apps before deleting the registry key
backups.
