Time limit for play

Hello everyone, may I ask a question about can I set a time limit in FlightSim for others to play? For example 2 ot 3 mins? Thanks

I have 500 Libraries in to my site, Is a best practices that?

When I make 200 libaries the site is ok, but when more than 500 are created the site becomes slow. Every time SharePoint offers Libraries for documents administration what is the limit, or am I doing somthing wrong?
