Ayuda por favor... No me deja ingresar windows

Una vez en el el Welcome Screen selecciono a mi usuario le pongo contraseña y [Enter] Aparece bajo elnombre de mi usuario -> "Loading personal settings", como es normal pero... de pronto ese mismo mensaje cambia a "Closing ...
