SQL Mail stored procedures

Hi all

I was told that SQL Server 7 comes with stored procedures
which can be used to send/receive mails.

xp_readmail
xp_sendmail
xp_deletemail

and they are located in the master database. I cannot
however to find them in my SQL server.

Does anyone know how to get them?
