Terminal Server en Windows 2003

Hola a todos:

Estoy probando Windows 2003, concretamente Terminal Server. Este servidor es
Domain Member de mi Dominio. Al intentar conectar con un usuario (User:
pepito / Password: pepito / Log on to: midominio.com) recibo el siguiente
error:

"The local policy of thi system does not permit you to logon interactively"

Ok, me pongo a investigar y veo que en "Local Security Policy" en el
apartado "Local Policies -> User Rights Assignment" hay que añadir en el
apartado "Allow log on through Terminal Services" los usuarios que tengan
acceso a Terminal Server.

Ok, añado el usuario "pepito" y cual es mi sorpresa... otro error:

"You do not have access to logon to this Session"

¿Alguien sabe lo que estoy haciendo mal?

Muchas gracias.
