Ayuda Hacer una pregunta
Al arrancar hoy
mi PC (con WXPPro y SP2) aparece el siguiente mensaje :

" Application failed to initialize : 0x800106ba. A problem
caused Windows Defender Service to stop.
To start the service restart yourcomputer or search Help
and Support on how to start a service manually "

El reinicio no corrige el fallo y no encuentro nada en Ayuda
y Soporte Técnico. Tampoco obtengo resultados en " Agregar y quitar
programas " ni
en " Windows Defender Maintenance Wizard " . ¿ Debo remover
y reinstalar, o existe alguna otra alternativa ?

Repasa que el servicio este en automatico e iniciado, reinicia despues el
sistema:

Panel de Control - Herramientas Administrativas - Servicios - Windows
Defender
