en mi pantalla siempre esta apareciendo que tengo un worm en C:\System Volume Information\Agobot.8.J.exe - sin embargo mi antivirus no lo reconoce. No tengo idea como accesar a System Volume Information, me denega el acceso. quien me ayuda por favor?
