Block/prohibit Internet Explorer Execution

15/07/2004 - 20:29 por From my office. | Informe spam
Hello,
How can I remove/block/prohibit totally the IE
execution. We are having big and serious problems with it
and we have decided to switch from IE to Netscape.
I heard that changing some parameters in the registry
can do that but it's not working for me.
Any help will is really appreciated, I have searched a
lot in google, contacted HP without any good result.
I have Windows 2000 and XP at my office.

Thanks,

Alejandro Acosta

In Windows 2000 you can uninstall Internet Explorer 6:

In Windows XP one cannot uninstall, but one can take the direct access to the program from
add/remove Programs > To add/remove Windows Components tool Control Panel.
