general internet options "help"

Start regedit, expand and highlight the following keys and
look
in the right window for "GeneralTab" . If you find it,
delete it.
You may have to restart the computer for
the change to take effect.

In the tool/internet option carpet should be a subcarpet
called "general" but now it is not there and i can not
