OE 6 problem won't open

Ayuda Hacer una pregunta
Hi guys; My OE 6 locked up after deleting a bunch of mail and is
now in pegmatite hour glass mode. Since I've never had a problem
before, with OE, I don't have a clue, whether to reinstall or even if
you can.
