Localiza en tu disco duro un archivo llamado "windowsupdate.log", ábrelo,
copia las líneas correspondientes a la fecha del error y péganoslas aquí.

¿Pero el equipo está actualizado? Porque salen mensajes de que no hay
actualizaciones para instalar. Si acudes manualmente a Windows Update, ¿te
aparecen actualizaciones?
