boot problem

just today when i start my laptop, at the start

everything

is fine but then after autoexec.bat is loaded, it says
"Windows Protection error. Please reboot" (that is the
essence ofthe message) and i can do nothing else, i can

go

i safe mode, but i dont know how tho solve it
any hints??

Lo siento me olvide que era el de español, bueno la cosa
es que cuando prendi mi laptop todo iba bien y despues de
cargar autoexec.bat (creo) sale el mensaje >"Windows
Protection error. Please reboot" , no tengo idea que hay
que hacer , puedo entrar en modo a prueba de fallos , pero
que puedo hacer de ahi

hi, mmm go in save mode and rename the autoexec.bat,
(c:\autoexec.bat click on it and press "f2" to rename)
something like nnn.bat o whatever and restart if the
problem was on the autoexec the system will create another
one and ur problem could be fixed, if the problem wasn't
fixed try and rename the config.sys file, w98 doesn't need
this files to start after that u can post the content of
both files (the old ones of course) and we can see if
something wrong.
