Consultas de AD y nuevo DC

Hola amigos,
Genere un nuevo DC en un server W2K3 con SP1, luego de ejecutar el
comando dcdiag me aparece esto

Disculpa, soy nuevo en esto pero no encuentro el comando netdiag.exe,
solo lo encuentro en el controlador de dominio principal.

Javier,
Lo que pasa es recien le instale el SP1 y esta pendiente el reinicio y
parece que el SP cambio algo relacionado al netdiag o debe estar
esperando
el reinicio, cosa que tardara bastante en hacerse para no impactar a los
users.
algo mas que pueda hacer?
