Estoy teniendo problemas con un DC, os cuento, este DC es el catalogo
global, el maestro de operaciones e infraestructura.

No deja crear usuarios, dando el error que dice que no encuentra el
controlador de dominio.

Por donde pueden ir los problemas.

sigue con el resto, te falta el netdiag y repasar que la configuración DNS
sea la descrita en elartículo

y qué DNSs son los que tiene el DC puesto?? Está la configuraicón como dice
el artículo??

Si es así, el servicio DNS Server y DNS Client, están levantados??
